Ethernet Cable Certification for Abilene, TX and the Big Country

We Provide Faster System Acceptance for Copper & Fiber Certification

We can ensure the job is done right the first time while managing jobs and testers from any smart device we have that is linked to Wi-Fi through LinkWare™ Live. This allows for quick certification for both Copper (Cat 6A in 8 seconds) and Fiber (3 seconds for 2 fibers/wavelengths), and using LinkWare™ software, we can analyze test results and create reports for copper and fiber Tier 1 (Basic) / Tier 2 (Extended).

  • The modular Versiv™ family reduces the cost of copper and fiber certification by two-thirds. Future-ready design supports up to Cat 8, singlemode and multimode fiber loss and OTDR testing plus inspection.

Copper

The DSX CableAnalyzer™ Series copper cable tester allows testing and certification of cabling up to 40 GB Ethernet and Cat 5e, 6, 6A, 8 or Class FA and I/II network cabling systems. The faster the cable certification process goes, the more profitable you will be; however, incorrect setup, wrong test limits, troubleshooting failures, misinterpreted results, and difficult-to-understand reports can slow down the process. With a Versiv system, you can benefit from up to 2/3 reduction in testing problems and a 10% cut in project costs.

This allows for accurate, error-free cable certification that complies with all standards (including Level VI/2G accuracy), making for more easily manageable jobs and faster system acceptance for expert technicians, project managers, and even individuals with the skill to improve the set-up, operation, test reporting, and management of diverse projects.

Fiber

Cable certifying is a core element of the process of system acceptance, with a faster process making for more profitability. Unfortunately, incorrect set-up, incorrect test limits, waiting for techs to analyze or troubleshoot failures, misinterpreting results, and test reports that customers have difficulty understanding can slow that process down.

The CertiFiber Pro Optical Loss Test Set (OLTS) makes for accurate, error-free certification, allowing cabling professionals to manage and certify fiber optic cabling much faster. CertiFiber Pro OLTS complies with all applicable cabling standards, which call out the new Encircled Flux launch condition requirements for optical sources for technicians, project managers, or individuals with the skills to work on cabling projects.

The OptiFiber Pro is the industry’s first OTDR capable of meeting enterprise fiber-optic infrastructure challenges. It has ultra-short dead zones that help identify fiber patch cords in virtual data centers, while SmartLoop™ technology will enable fiber testing in both directions and average the measurements as required by TIA-568.3-D in seconds – without taking the OTDR to the far end.

The leading cause of fiber failure is the contamination of fiber optic connector end-face. The FI-7000 FiberInspector Pro allows you the inspection and certification of fiber optic connector end-faces in just a second, so you can get the job done the first time. This fiber optic inspection scope provides automated PASS/FAIL certification that takes the guesswork out of fiber inspection, allowing anyone to be a fiber expert.

Management

LinkWare™ Live is a cloud-based service that allows you to manage certification jobs anytime, anywhere, with anyone on any device. You can get an overview of every project from any smart device, drill down each test, instantly receive notification of incorrect test settings or cable IDs, or define cable IDs and test settings from your PC or tablet and then send them to the testers or Brother labelers at the job site for mistake-free testing.

An out-of-date test report can mean hours of re-testing due to changing standards, the latest of which LinkWare Live can automatically ensure your testers are running. You can quickly upload test results from the job site to LinkWare Live through Wi-Fi without having to waste time or gas going back to the office. From there you can automatically download them with LinkWare PC and even track the location of the latest use and monitor the status of all testers, ensuring that they are always up to date and calibrated.
